Bad attitude when I was offered a full time job
I was agency with this job and was offered a full-time position with another company they were causing me problems, I had a set amount of learners but was told to see at least 5 learners a day I only had 11 so work was short hence why I wanted to take a full time job, I was treated like I'd committed a murder, terrible management horrible experience Teacher in Derby

So much work load
It is stressful to be teacher and teaching many units to teenagers, as you should teach them, parent them and treat them as an adult. Most of them are not eager to learn anything Motor vehicle lecturer in Derby

Derby college
Poor pay , most people left because of pressure put on lecturers. Ran by people who are detatched from teaching. Blame culture, No support for staff.Alot of resources been closed down now.Administrator in Derby, Derbyshire

Good place to work but low pay.
Nice people but management expect too much for the rate of pay. Pay rises are rare. A few perks like reduced cost for Costco. High turnover of staff What would you say about your employer?
