Thankless work
Toxic back stabbing environment where everyone seems to be out for themselves, senior management aren’t helpful and always look to make an example of you for their own promotion/gain. Doesn’t matter how you handle a situation or what decision you make because it’ll be wrong either way, you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t. Ran into the ground without to point of depression stress...

Productive
Always busy and on the go all the time. Supportive team mates and sergeants who are always there for you. An amazing place to work if you’re happy working antisocial hours.

Dont go there
You are only ok if your face fits. You get the worst jobs if you are not with the in crowd. Managers are terrible, no man management skills. No appreciation for being a hard worker when others are not being.

Flexible and good opportunities
Flexible working patterns available and good opportunities for development and wide ranging career opportunities. Not the best in terms of looking after and retaining staff but this is no doubt the force in general.
