Dermalogica
Lovely products and work is varied due to performing treatments etc so you will not get bored. Give lots of training and there is always something new. Sometimes can be required to work in other stores from time to time which can be quite far away

Very retail based
Depending on your location, you sell more products than you do treatments. And there’s a lack of recognition when doing well. Training is good and in depth

Constant restructures and micromanaging
Constant restructures means that every 2 years your role will be up for redundancy. Targets are made impossible to achieve and it felt as if I was working harder with no results. Very stressful role and I had been left without a manager for months on end. Higher management can be rude also.
