I found Designer Contracts a toxic, narcissistic, hierarchical and egotistical environment. With regional and senior management teams who appeared to lack any form of empathy or integrity.

Fast paced and every day is different. Great support from everyone, feels like one team, with 15 regional offices supported by Head Office and a distribution centre. Hard work is essential, however it comes with its own rewards, and for those who want to make a name for themselves and be part of a growing team, it is the perfect fit.

I have worked at DC for awhile and overall it is a great place to work, everyone is willing to help out if you are unsure about any of the (many) processes. The pay is poor though for what you do
