Awful place to work.

The most useful review selected by IndeedStay well clear of this company at all costs, especially the Swansea depot. What a terribly run depot, the management team have not got a clue how to treat the staff with any sort of respect and your work-life balance is non existent, work is all that matters to them. Health and safety is also non existent, they really don't care about you as long as the deliveries are made, doesn't matter about them being on time either, they'll just change the times on the delivery notes when you get de-briefed to make their figures look better so the management get their bonuses. The job advert says handling about 11 tonnes a day but that's a lie, you can load that by hand for your first load and then take it back off again at the pubs and then you can go back for another 11 tonnes unless you're one of the blue eyes boys. The best thing I ever did was leave this company.Honestly if you're thinking about getting a job here, give your head a wobble and move onto the next job.

Salary is good but management are doing their level best to reduce earnings. You are not valued as an employee. Management pay only lip service to health and safety requirements, their attitude is "anything to get the job done". You are not viewed as a human being, but a business asset to be fully exploited and then disposed of when no longer viable.

Good company on the whole, reliable job. Getting hands dirty resolving IT issues and PC issues. Speaking and working with people globally is always good too

Good company

Interesting place to work. The sameness of the work day lends itself to boredom for some employees. Employees were worried about losing their jobs and this was in the absence of management communication on the issue.
