Low pay, stressful job & severe lack of staff at busy times.
A low retention & lack of staff especially during the busiest time for the business puts pressure and stress on the few staff that are working. Very low morale is a result.Manager in Exeter

Great place to work
Great place to work, inclusive, supportive team, would recommend. Flexible and remote working options as well as onsite if you prefer. Every day is different. 111 Health Advisor in Somerset

Stressful and very poor retention
At Devon doctors the pay does not represent the role what so ever. Such a stressful and demanding job paying minimum wage. Staff retention is very poor with the remaining health advisors being left to pick up everything. Too many managers so there’s lots of crossed wires but they are helpful. Service Advisor in Exeter

Never again!
Worst job I’ve ever had - under appreciated, under staffed, too many managers, no communication, computer led system that belongs on a certain comedy sketch show, no support, hr dept a complete joke - need I go on! Call Centre Advisor in Devon doctors

Wouldn't recommend
Please think twice when applying. Very slow recruitment process. Depending on the service, training is terrible. Not enough staff, more leave than join. No appreciationWhat would you say about your employer?
