AWFUL, avoid
dexters is great to gain experience within the property industry as they do not require any experience for you to join and they are a big name with a good training programme t get you started. However, once you are in, it is awful. The hours are a joke, you work 55 hour weeks and then 65 hour weeks when you work a saturday (which is every other) and they do not give you a day back. so it is 5 da...

You get what you put in. It’s stressful , but ultimately rewarding. There is good career progression. They train you well and plan events which is nice.

Fast Paced / Repetitive / High earning potential
Can earn good money if you are consistently getting properties under offer with no/little fall throughs. Base salary is a joke though (14K pa) so if you have a bad month or unlucky with multiple fall through's then you will seriously struggle. 6 days on / 5 days from week to week.
