Overall a nice place to work.
Overall working at DFS is a very pleasant place to work. Room for improvement on the management side of the business but overall a good place to work. Upholsterer in Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Wouldn't recommend.
Chaotic work environment. Work load keeps increasing with no pay rise to match. Other depots earn far more money for the same job. After company takes 7 " bank days" back job pays basically minimum wage. 12 hours a day delivering sofas for minimum wage. Overtime paid at flat rate Sales Office Administrator in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear

Don’t bother
Horrible management. Don’t keep you in the loop. Make you redundant. Change your shifts all the time: don’t bother me wasting your time working heres Sales manager in Droitwich

Poor level of support for the customers which then cascades to the staff whi have to deal with the screaming customers in store.
Finally felt that I could not keep making excuses for the company letting customers down. Higher management didn't seem to care about us, as long as the stores were open it didn't matter if we were stressed or care about our wellbeing. What would you say about your employer?
