Good
One of the best companies to work for. But can be ruthless. Customer focused environment that can be stressful however it brings out the best and allows for progression.

Poor management. Very cleeky
Job was ok but my face didn't fit as I was not a yes man. Management didn't seem to bother as long as work was getting done. Too much petty bickering for my liking

Very little progression for agency staff.
The money is good when on shifts. However agency staff have to accept that there is very little full time opportunities (maybe one every 3 years) ,its very frustrating considering agency staff make up the large majority of staff. They are treated like second class citizens, expected to pick up the slack at short notice but last in line for overtime when it is offered. Management have a very lacklustre it is what it is approach to the sheer lack of permanent jobs. They have a lot of experience and talent they will lose if nothing changes.

Rubbish
Treat "temps" as dogs body's to do all the hard work whilst the full timers sit about and pick easy jobs and hours. It takes years to get training organised. Vast majority of full time staff are lazy.

excellent pay
if an agency worker looking for a full time contract...forget it.. the place is run on nepotism. good pay when you get the work but shocking the amount of years people have been there and still no contract. and easy for management to pick on agency workers.no loyalty.
