Excellent training
Recently completed my induction training was really interesting and I learned more then I ever thought. Started my first shadow shift and the care worker I was with was amazing. She went through everything and really involved me felt like I was part of them straight away. Recommend to join

Probably the worst care company out there
First and foremost, the service users are made to feel like they are a burden which is one of the main reasons I left this place. This company maintains a high level of disrespect to its service users and its care assistants out there working for them. There is outright bullying promoted and the fostering of the belief that care assistants are inferior to others. The scheduling of the visits is terrible in the sense that you are constantly running late from one call to the next. The hardest part of the job was seeing how the service users were made to feel. This company is definitely more money oriented rather than actually providing care to the more vulnerable individuals in society. I don't know who's actually giving this company positive reviews but if you are looking for a job in care I would avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic Company
I have worked in the Sandwell area for short while and I’m really grateful for the support and advice I have had from the recent Team Leader. I heard she had a been on leave for a while but has come back and without knowing me, been nothing but understanding and caring towards any concerns or questions I may have had. She always reassures me and even though I call so many times in the day she always says keep calling me if you need anything else.Sorted rota problems straight away and is fair with hours.Great team to work with, the staff that work along side me are really helpful. Very happy experience so far.
