Great people - let down by limited progression
Working at Diamond gives you access to some great science announcements and has fantastic equipment to work with. The teams are great people to work with, all with a common goal. Problems only start when looking to progress up the ladder with processes that inhibit potential and policies that limit that progress.

Great workplace atmosphere and the student placement team is incredibly supportive. Lots of opportunities and friendly coworkers. Plenty of flexibility with flexitime.
