Funeral Arranger in Malvern, Worcestershire
on 19 April 2020
Demanding, hardworking, rewarding
Can be very stressful. Have to be on top of the work load that comes in. Able to converse with different kinds of people from bereaved families to ministers, crematorium staff other funeral directors. Can also be very awarding when families comment that they appreciate all the hard work & the professional of all the staff.

Shambles of a company
Two restructures in 2 years because the company just can’t get it right. They don’t care about their people and if someone in power decides they don’t like you, you may as well resign now as it’s a closed door club and your days are numbered.Never have I been so poorly treated by anyone let alone a so called professional company.

Work with Dignity
Overall the job is rewarding and challenging. It's a great job if you like working solo in an office with contact with colleagues via email or phone. Plenty training and support available.
