You need Managers not Bullies. Work in the business where it matters the most, Frontline, for a month. Guaranteed you will then change everything, most importantly you need to see what is going on behind the scenes!!!!!!

He’s the reason most staff are leaving and he m as he’s a huge deal out of small things whilst covering much worse things up, Not a company I’d work for again or choose to use for a funeral.

Increase salaries to reflect the excellent service that staff give to the families they deal with. We shouldn't be paid less than someone working at Aldi.

Get rid of baby faced inexperienced managers. Go back to basics. Only employ funeral professionals. Needs a more mature environment for this business.

Treat the employees reasonably (can't get a coffee in the 20 minutes lunch break)
