Terrible
Funeral Service OPERATIVE (FSO) (Former Employee) - Merseyside - 30 March 2021
This company employs bullies They will find fault in everything you do, never praise you and treat you with no respect. The whole structure is set in the 1970s, fax machines stil used! Rather than praise you they'll discipline you for minor errors. Pay is continually wrong they will change on call shifts due to staff shortage. Expect you to work all day then be on call all night. They will tell you if you're too tired to work!
