  • They responded well and truly had staff wellbeing at the forefront of their business model. They locked down with the rest of the country and set up work from home which hadn't been done in the companies history. They worried about exposure and adhered to all social distancing and government rules around covid at the time, Diligenta is part of the financial services key workers. I believe they have continued hybrid working even now.
