Like every other call centre
70% chance you'll hate it. It will take you at least 6 months to understand the basics of the job to enable you to not ask for help on every call. Constant pressure on you to achieve targets that in all honesty are unattainable CSR in Bristol

Avoid working here at all cost
About the only saving grace are the people that work there. Truly the worst company I have ever worked for. Diligenta just don't want to pay the market value for your skills, you won't be appreciated by management, save yourself the hassle and find a different company to work for. The worst place to work
Has not respite for its employees, management don’t know what is going on from day to day,. No training given. Diligenta as a company on the whole is a awful place to work, there is a lack of transparency, the management have no desire on improving conditions for staff.Business Analyst in Bristol

Utterly awful place to work
Diligenta as a company on the whole is a awful place to work, there is a lack of transparency, the management have no desire on improving conditions for employees, this being internal processes, the lack of tools and software to carry out your role effectively, having an archaic way of working. It’s like going back 20 years in terms of there IT equipment and IT infrastructure, a profound lack of interest in resolving issues that effect people on a daily basis. The sheer amount of staff turnover goes to show what an appalling place to work is truly is, employees are not valued, the pay is not competitive, the bonus scheme is non existent, there are no perks, the sick and maternity entitlement is well below other companies.
