Atrocious systems
The training you get for call handling is so basic compared to what you might be asked on the phone, the systems are all over the place, trying to call other departments is a nightmare half the time. I still haven't been able to access a payslip after several months. The Sanderson recruitment people you have to speak to are a joke.

Horrible.
Don’t work here! Training is non-existent. You’ll be shoved on the phones before having any basic knowledge on the product your department is responsible for & when you get things wrong they’ll try and say you had “full training” and should know what you’re doing. Everyday there’s something going wrong either with the systems or numbers not working etc, but you only find out last minute. The systems are not fit for purpose & there’s a “suck it up” attitude among the management. Trying to book a holiday is like drawing blood from a stone. And be expected to take ridiculous abuse from customers because the website is also a mess and unusable. Also don’t expect to make friends because the turnover is so high you’ll just see new faces everyday & because of this, people who have been there a while are usually cold to newcomers so good luck making friends with them too.

Stressful Environment
Coaches are waiting for the moment you fail, never praised for any achievements , Bradford score - anti employee. Treated like dirt from all managers.

Embarrassment of a workplace
Easily the worst company I have ever worked for, literally no training whatsoever when we get promised training. It’s mismanaged from top to bottom with utter incompetency. The managers tell you how to do your job and how long it takes when they’ve never done the job before and have no experience so they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve met some great people and is literally the only good thing about this place. You have to justify what you’ve done throughout the day and got promised things that you never get. When the older staff tell them we need training the managers believe them but when new staff tell them they don’t care in the slightest and think that we’re lying about it, we have received no training whatsoever and handed a laptop and a process guide and got told to start completing cases when not one of us have had any background or experience in pension so we have not a clue what to do then we get hounded at by managers who don’t know how to do the job asking us why it’s taking us so long to do cases and why we’re still getting it wrong. If you care about your mental health do not work here it is the worst company I have ever worked for and is an absolute shambles.

Worst company ever
This has got to be the most unprofessional and horrific company in the world. Terrible training, awful management structure, no care for employee well being, timed to the second breaks, scrutinised for absolutely everything and anything, breathe wrong and you’ll get moaned at. If you care for your metal health, then DO NOT work here. Salary is okay, however refused pay rises are common and progression is practically non existent
