What is the organisational culture at Dimensions?

9 answers

  • Very top heavy. Senior management earn a fortune. Support workers taken for granted and on just over minimum wage

  • Supportive and friendly

  • Toxic is the only way it can be described. Certainly not centred around the people we support its centred around what's easy and convenient for staff and management.

  • The culture of Dimensions is all about the people we support and the staff

  • Life can get better

  • Managers do not manage their staff, many times hardly see them in services. Those who are there, are probably there as can be out of the eyes of their bosses who sit in the HQs. They will be busy on their computers anyway, hardly approachable, will shut doors and dont seem to worry too much whats going on around them.

  • Excellent at senior manager level

  • Everyone in charge except manager

  • Horrible. Clicky and unsupportive
