8 answers

  • Great working environment
The people you support are given time to enable fantastic care and support that they need.

  • Some staff are so lovely and friendly

  • Everyone is treated equally and with respect

  • The women who work there are very friendly and will help you out lot if you are willing to learn. The culture is very much maximum effort for minimum pay. Management just leave you to get in with it, and only bother with you if you do something wrong or aren't doing your job right. Management literally employ you and that's is it.

  • Supportive, engaging and inspiring. There are tough days as with any job but my colleagues and I support each other through these.

  • Open and transparent

  • Busy, constant with work to do, supportive if in need of questions answered.

  • Staff team not replaced as people left. Staff reasons for leaving was usually to do with poor treatment by managers leading to stress and feeling as though they were being used as a scape goat by managers.
