What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Dimensions?

7 answers

  • Person Centred Care

  • Be honest , ask questions

  • Do not go ahead with it! For your own mental health find a job that cares about people they support & employ

  • Just be yourself

  • The interview is a phone based interview, then you are brought in to sign paperwork and complete information for a DBS. Once the DBS comes back you're thrown straight into the deep end. They do not care about references regarding any previous relevant experience, they only care about numbers and getting bodies in to work. I wouldn't recommend interviewing for this place. It's barely above minimum wage and I have severely hurt my back, wrist, arms and hands from working under this company with no training and very little help.

  • Think about how you would like to be treated if you had a learning disability then answer the questions.

  • Don’t bother

Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
