  • The policy is don't be sick, they'd far rather you infect the whole building than 1 employee take a day off, they call you multiple times while your off to catch you out with a load of questions and all managers will go in a room and listen to it as it's recorded its something like 10 days a year but it's discretionary so they don't have to pay you penny those 10 days are there for the employees who they like

  • Bullying very obvious theres a click and there protected push the ones that dont want to work rather than those that do .cameras were people smoke linked to head office. Sackable offense being contacted at home to be bullied and nothing done
