The people are amazing one big family
You will naturally need to be interested in sales to be able to work here and enjoy it. If you don't enjoy selling don't apply!! It's a lovely retail environment and a great buzz 😊

Decent job, tech is cool
I do like tech and being surrounded by it felt super good but then it came with the downside. Hardcore sales, targets on cloud and even sometimes getting pressured to do something almost illegal in terms of selling care and repair.Team was fun, discount was good, was treated well by my managers.

The job as a whole isn’t necessarily difficult. There’s a lot of pressure from the management team (who seem to think they are above the test if the workforce) overall a very negative atmosphere from the management team. If it wasn’t for the staff being friendly it wouldn’t be worth going in simply due to the stress and pressure that’s put on you from above. The work life balance is completely out of Wack. The expectation for you to work (at least in my experience) solely evening shifts, writing off anything you could do productivity wise in a day and then a full weekend makes it so that you cannot be productive and have an enjoyable time outside of work

Good transition job and great for beginner sales.
You get to meet a lot of great and interesting people.I love the sales and meeting people of different backgrounds and building rapport.I was taught alot of personal dev skills, sales, mindset, belief system and it was very flexible so i had time to work on mental wellbeing and social life. However there were times of slow period which can be very slow paced.

Too many chiefs
The job itself is quite good and rewarding. The shocking management or shop floor leaders are the issue. Main bosses are fine but few who think they are the boss make the job painstakingly hard.
