Personally take a 12 hour contract. I was pressured to work 45 hours on average (even though I'm on a 12 hour contract). Managers threatened to fire me for not wanting to do more than contract hours.
Long night shift, very manual work
If you're doing full time don't expect two days off in a row
40 hours for week
Mostly 8 hrs shifts with 30 mins lunch. Manager supports my personal life whenever needed.
5 days out of 7 on a daily 8 hour shift.
39 hours+ even if you only want to work 20. Doesn’t matter if you want to work less, as needs of the business come first.
Half hour break although the manager will come get you during that break and you might not get it back.
While they can be long, you are never bored, we will never force you to work more than you can
You're asked how many hours you'd like to work and you aren't pressurised to take hours you don't want to take
