How are the working hours at Dixons Carphone?

Personally take a 12 hour contract. I was pressured to work 45 hours on average (even though I'm on a 12 hour contract). Managers threatened to fire me for not wanting to do more than contract hours.

39 hours+ even if you only want to work 20. Doesn’t matter if you want to work less, as needs of the business come first.
Half hour break although the manager will come get you during that break and you might not get it back.
