Applying through the company website. Once the management have shortlisted the applicants who they feel that are worthy would then invite them in for an interview. Once all interviews are done then out of the people interviewed they will select how many people they would need.
You apply get a phone interview, you get called into a group interview where tasks are undertaken, group focused tasks then you are interviewed individually and later on told if you have been hired.
Interview, shop floor role play and loads of training.
Apprenticeship or external recruitment
Your sales skills will be tested, do you know the features of the latest smart phones and how to build value on these features against lower priced models? Can you explain the benefit of your customer buying the insurance package - research these subjects before you go in and you will have a head start of the competition.
