Avoid do not apply....
Bullying coming straight from the upper management and their pet employees They are very stingy about money so they will try to pay you the absolute minimum wage, and yet they'll still keep on reminding you that they are paying you so much money (yeah right) You're not allowed to socialize with other employees, not even during your lunchtime They will criticize you for everything and nothing, but when you ask for specifics so you can improve, they'll deny it to you They keep monitoring what you do on your pc because god forbid you to check something personal Although they are a healthcare company they seem to have little to no mental health awareness at all, nor are they able to show empathy when their staff members are going through emotional distress (mainly due to the company's fault)

Stressful and poor management
A terrible Company only interested in making money and not in patient care. Poor management and lack of benefits. High turnover of staff as a consequence

Worst company ever
They call it a business venture, no care for patients or staff. We are all called minions. dmc is the worst company ever to work for. They only recognize staff that generate money for the business.

Its ok
The job and the people you work with are ok but the owners of the company don’t care about the staff at all, Rude and demanding. Pay is a joke! How do they expect people to live on the wage they pay! No sick pay yet we work around people constantly ill so of course we are going to get sick from time to time! The owners like to buy every surgery in sight instead of focusing on the ones they already have!! Owners like to run out plans just expect everyone to follow instead of speaking with there employees! Company is run but complete

Staff count
Don’t think much of their staff and how they are worked. They need to work with their staff and make things more helpful them in difficult times. Do not down grade your staff as they do a lot of work for little money.
