Easy money, Poor management

The work is straight forward and the pay is good. The only real issue is with management, a lot of things badly organised and the manager does not take any care towards employees. As long as the quotas are being hit there will be no conversation from the manager. If any quotas aren’t hit, you will hear it from the manager rest assured.

It's got good bits and bad bits, red flags all over but also can be easy if managed correctly and a enough staff.
