It's got good bits and bad bits, red flags all over but also can be easy if managed correctly and a enough staff.
Driver (Current Employee) - Glasgow Airport - 24 October 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Working with good people. Three on, three off - this can change with a days notice, so no planning of life. Trucks are interesting to drive. Left hand drive and right hand drive and very old. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The management and the bad organization of the company make it stressful when it shouldn't be at all. can get stressful when a lot of planes land at the same time and you need to cater them all. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? You get lazy people were ever you go, some think they are above the system, a lot of nice people a lot not nice people. Just like most, it does get toxic at the end of seasons as they don't tell you if you're being released until a few days before. What is a typical day like for you at the company? You get in your truck and go Airside cater 3-4 planes, come back empty truck. Go in fridge search and seal food, search and seal stores and bars if not ready, then you Push the bars and load the trucks for afternoon flights. Cater flights, bring back truck to unit and empty. Sign in bars.

Catering as a catering.
Driver (Current Employee) - East Midlands Airport, Leicestershire - 19 October 2023
Good and friendly coworkers, but management could be more responsive aspecialy in peak times. Seasonal activity is like rush season and quiet. Good money for this sector.

Warehouse Operative (Current Employee) - Gatwick Airport, West Sussex - 22 September 2023
Unfortunately some of the management staff aren’t fit for their job. Food provided in the canteen is very limited to a couple of sandwiches and reheat meals for most days

Less Payrate. Need to pay according to the brand name Dnata. Relaxed work environment some days and some sections. No employee engagements. HRD need to be more involved in employee engagement activities.

Being absolutely strict with security in and out of the premises and cleanliness top notch What is a typical day like for you at the company? Long and odd hours at times but enjoyable

Production Operative (Former Employee) - Manchester - 26 July 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Watching the planes out of the canteen window. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The work schedule was impossibly demanding and that's why I lost the job because I found it impossible to keep up. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? good and pleasant conditions.... What is a typical day like for you at the company? Too stressful. I was always stressed out.

Dreadful, I would never work for this company again.
Air Cargo Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) - London - 25 July 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Good pay, however dnata can't keep staff as they are leaving because of bad management. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The managers get on your case for every little thing. It's like being at school. Spur managers do not support you they only like to pick your faults nothing else. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Absolutely dreadful... no staff to help you on flights so, you are basically doing the flights yourself loading bags. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Stressful... and management make it ever more stressful picking your faults...
