45 questions about working at Dobbies Garden Centres
I used to love working at my garden centre (when it was a Wyevale and subsequently bought by Dobbies). Since the Scottish firm acquired the store, the morale and management has taken a turn for the worse. Dobbies will strip your creativity and personality in return for a neutral store that looks bleak and unloved. Also, did I mention that the management were awful?
