Ex employee

Was told that no experience needed2 off us got the job.1 got fired for lack of knowledge and I I fired after 3 weeks of training. If you are a white goods engineer then this company is good.If u trying to get into engineering with this company.. .. they will treat u like family at 1st and then they will cut u off...Overall if u have the knowledge then defo go for this company if not don't bother..

Great team and true family feeling

I have been with Domex for 4 years and everything I know as engineer I learned here. I have been motivated and praised with an award for my hard work and offered opportunity to progress. I love the flexibility the job gives me, being able to finish early and still get good pay. The field supervisors are incredible, so switched on that I never find myself in a pickle. Mostly I like how the company treat me, like a friend/family member which is something I never had in other jobs.

Seems friendly and caring at the begening

first you feel like famili but later company and management uses you as much as they can. the management makes you feel put down and worthless. dont believe what they say because in the end they will use you like their servant
