Meh
It was 0 hour contract not the best place but can’t complain as majority of people that you worked with are good to you, don’t work here if your nervous though as cutting pizzas is hard HGV Driver in Warrington

Shifts went quick
All staff are part friendly and will happily help you if needed. Good rates of pay especially on the class 2.some days are long but other days you get to finish early once your run is done. Delivery Driver in Redcar and Cleveland, North Yorkshire

Little hours, no finish times, low pay
The job is probably ideal for maybe a student who wants a very small amount of flexible-ish hours. They take on so many drivers so shifts as short as 2 hours 45 minutes (very precise) are handed out. You don’t get given a finish time either, you’re either sent home after an hour because it’s quiet or you’re still there 2 hours after your finish because it’s too busy, there’s no inbetween. You’re really just a number and the main management are very lax when you voice concern over the lack of hours. It’s minimum wage, the job is fairly easy but I’d expect even slightly better from such a large franchise. If you have delivered for an independent takeaway it is very different, besides the uniform and extra responsibilities like cleaning etc which is OK, it’s all single bags unless it’s literally extremely busy, and at the end of my time there £1 per delivery, This really eats away at your fuel going back and forth, whereas a local takeaway may send you out with a few. With fuel prices in 2022 this was in serious need of a review. Positives? Some really friendly and chatty in store workers and low level management/supervisors who help the shifts go by, good craic on shift. You’re covered as a delivery driver for free by their insurance too which is good. That’s unfortunately about it. All in all I wouldn’t recommend. Okay
I would not recommend to work there as your first job, underpaid, make you overwork and not very fair. Workers are rude and the benefits are not very true. What would you say about your employer?
