You’ll either have no life (cause of the amount of hours you’d work) and an average pay or have a life and not enough money. Standing on your feet all day (and/or night) and getting treat like poo by management. Oh and if you’re a female get ready for se*ist and pe*vy comments
The upper management bully you, you have no say in what happens even as a store manager. You feel like a nobody when working here as all the upper management seem to do is blackmail you in trying to achieve unrealistic targets. You get one complaint and you loose your bonus. Your worked to the maximum hours aloud on salary (48) you find yourself closing the store at 11pm by the time you've cleaned down your already at midnight, sometimes later than that and are expected to be in work the next day at 10am. You work 14-15 hour shifts without a break and if you do take a break the upper management go crazy at you. You have to buy everything inside the store only pizzas are available at 50 percent all the other items are full price. If you are short of food or money in the store you have to pay. No matter the cost.
Worked at 2 different stores for dominos and both had there flaws. 1st store I was hounded during lectures threatening to be sacked...... And 2and store store manager rude arrogant ignores any questions added stress toxic environment low pay not worth it

Typical day: you never know what's going to happen or how many hours you are going to work (depends on how busy it is, they put the minimum staff they can, they can send you home early, or call you on you days off to ask you if you can go). If it gets busy, there's no way to organize the load of work because there are no limits for the number of orders the store can take at a time, so you just need to handle it. The phone can ring for 2 hours in a row non-stop, the workspace is minimum for you to go around, you work in difficult positions, bend and stretch a lot to reach places, and you need to be careful with the floor to not slip-on something or to bump on someone. It's very hard to focus on what you are doing and, as a team member, you might need to jump between work stations a lot, especially if your English is reasonable enough to take phone calls. As a CSR, I find it necessarily hard and confusing and the company has no respect for people. You answer calls with the sound of the phone still ringing right next to you, plus background noise, barely able to hear what the customer is saying, and you deal with taking orders and customer service at the same time. Every time there is a problem, is practically impossible to deal with it on your own without the manager's permission (an alteration requires a password, etc) and the managers are ALWAYS busy and want you to take the phone yourself, giving you a look every time you need to communicate with them, turning their backs at you because they don't have a clue of what they are doing as well with so much in their shoulders. The manager can be tolerant with you when you ask for a day off (if it's not a bank holiday, of course)

You will not earn £120 a week. You will not be getting Statuary sick pay. To book holidays or to have it almost impossible. You'll get 0 hours contract, t-shirt, trausers, name badge, cap. You petrol money will be delayed, as well as parking tickets.

The company is unfair to workers and treats people like machines. They tell you to lie to customers all the time every time. Every order is a lie. Has been named and shamed for cheating customers, labour manipulation and service data manipulation. Even their OER scores are not credible as the area managers and regional managers know the visit beforehand
Good place to work but hard to manage around school/college and not always easy to change shifts. Lots of opportunities to improve and work your way up the ladder. At times could be challenging during busy spells but colleagues were always helpful
Typical day I took orders face to face with customers or by telephone , also worked the till taking payment . Preparing boxes for delivery or pick up ,printing of labels & packing the orders ,also started to learn to cut the pizzas into slices ,was suppose to learn how to make pizza but was never shown ,shifts where random sometimes started at 5 finished at 11 maybe 3 days other times missed off the rota so had to phone in to see when I was next in phone in to se when I was in .was miorjust 2 days shifts where never consistent from week to week was quiet often missed off the rota so had to phone down to find out when I was in , also the
