Achieved £50k billing in first year developing new area.  Develop new client base by telephone marketing  Source, interview, filter & process candidates for marketing  Manage database inputs – both client and candidate data  Full interview and placement function including follow-up, negotiation & reference checking  Streamline candidate management by area, level, specialism & package expectations
