The best group of people to work with! Excellent work-life balance for all staff and great company perks too - finishing early every Friday, health insurance, end of month lunch & drinks etc. Great support and encouragement from both colleagues and Directors for career progression. I have now been with Donard for one year now, and making the change was the best career decision I have made!

Great working environment where you are given all the tools and support to succeed. Management understands their staff and help each member has the opportunity to earn the maximum salary and commission possible. Benefits are on a different level with one working day from home, half day Friday, free fruit and monthly outings. All in All a great place to work.

Excellent company benefits and culture with flexible working, private healthcare, gym membership, mobile phone allowance, incentive schemes and leading commission structure! Approachable employers who encourage their staff to manage their own time, desks and career progression combined with friendly colleagues who have plenty of craic make it a great place to work. Monthly lunches and 2pm finishes on a Friday!

I have been working for Donard Recuitment for just over two years. The directors provide great support which has already lead to me receiving two promotions within this short time frame. They also offer an excellent work life balance allowing you to manage your personal life with working life by offering flexible working hours and early finishes on a Friday. There is an excellent culture amongst staff and we are rewarded with a day/night out at the end of every month. A great place to work.

Amazing human beings

Director (Current Employee) - Belfast City Centre, County Antrim - 18 June 2019

A fantastic place to work, full of amazing human beings, in particular the directors. Senior consultants get to work one day per week from home, everyone finishes at 2pm on Fridays, at the end of each month we all go out for lunch and drinks. Everyone gets 20 days holidays, birthday off, Christmas shopping day, all of the bank holidays (10 in total) as well as closing for Christmas week.
