Management are vile
Management in this place only care about one person and that's themselves, new starters get chucked straight in the deep end and then get balled at for not keeping up, then when you get offered a contract they will find any minute detail to not set you on because they don't have as much control over you once you have a contract, they are not stupid and if they bothered about the staff well being a bit more than their silly little activity days for management then it might of been alright.

Worst company I've ever worked for
Unless you like having no time for yourself then this is definitely not a great company to work for, spent most of my working week getting up, going to work, getting home having tea then going to bed

DPD Parcel Delivery Driver
I work for a DPD DSP, Load the van, pop on the sat nav and go, once your used to the way it work's your able to stay in the delivery time window and finish at a reasonable time.I work rural to town/city centers never more than 90 stops on the busier routes. It's easy, I'm 52, had 2 heart attacks. So those of you that moan are probably looking for an easy life which isn't in reallity available in the world of being employed By someone, as in any employed job the employer is always going to push the employee in way or another.
