Parcel Sorter/Warehouse Operative in Swansea, Swansea

It sucked.
working there was horrible, especially for the nightshift. transport from the city Centre to the warehouse would cost you 30-40% of your paycheck and break times were inconsistent at best. the only good thing about was, if you were a student with a max 20 hour work week, you could easily work 2 days and be done with it since they only allow 8 hours per shift. even the good comes with a bunch of ba...

Too many wannabe bosses
When I started with the company 12 years ago, it was great. Management would bend over backwards to help if you needed it.Nowadays you are just a number, not a member of staff.Quite often you will be told to do a route and not have time for a lunch break. If you call the depot you're lucky if anyone answers and if they do they say they can't help.A good company to work for gone very bad.
