Does DPD allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?

None will not help you at all do everything they can to make your job harder

They are set hours, if they are running late they try and force you to stay, especially if you are agencie.

No they dont they expect u to do your hours and overtime they expect u to work 7days aweek and not see your family or partner or kids if u have um

No set hours they will try to make you work long hours. They would probably have you out delivering till midnight if it wasn't for the law.

Some of my work colleagues have set hours. Some are randomly put on rota for non stop work without a break in a 7 day week. Some are put on “ stand by” and randomly asked to come in one day a week.

It’s awful.

Within reason they are flexible.....company will try to accommodate a driver if given a little warning.

I worked for the Agency, The DPD change the working hours a few times a week. In one day they changed to start working hours 3 times without any concert of the workers.
