It's seems very nice
Very stressful... Even one morning two guy were nearly fight and pushing each other the place is an utter mess. parcels everywhere no organisation. Bully tactics. Seen people walking out of the job week in week out... No Contract no uniform. Don't tell you when pay day is you have physically ask and force your pay details upon them. Vans are in a terrible mess mechanically and are abused and starved of oil... The Pda that you are issued is so terrible the maps are slow and the pda keeps crashing and rebooting. Fuel cards are a disgrace, confusion on who has them as they are not kept for specific vans. Even had to pay fuel out of my own pocket. Some of the fuel cards get declined too embarrassing. There is nothing good to say, genuinely worst place I've ever worked I walked out after a month at the Witham St Hughes depot like many others. I would rather be jobless then work their. Have fun!
The interview is fine it’s like going for any other job
The interview was a sales pitch for you to depart from your £300 for franise sell you a dream that you can make a lot of money then charge you the earth for your van fees
Very good but lengthy over a 3 stage process
I did not reach this stage as I was agency worker, until 2.I.C had me fired for not signing up!
