I have found the culture to be one that manages through fear. I'm a class 1 driver. Tiny mistakes can have serious punishments. If you take 14 minutes to do your vehicle checks you could get a warning. Must be 15 minutes or more. They've got internal cameras in the cab, which monitor everything. Speed, braking, cornering etc. It's very corporate, so people have to follow process. Decisions are made by procedures. If you do A then B will happenThe company has grown too large to care about individuals

Was at the Witham St Hughes depot under a franchise for 2 months and it was genuinely terrible . And an absolute shambles. No uniform, no one knows what date they are getting paid Had to send my pay details over a txt message struggle to get pay slips after asking day after day... No Contract. Majority of the vans are in a complete mess gears not working no oil ect. no vehicle checksheets... Fuel cards are a complete mess and once had to pay for fuel out of my own pocket!! All your parcels are in a big pile mixed up with other people's parcels in the morning with minimal space. without fail you will have missing parcels and even be searching for hours for a poxy parcel thats on the other side of the warehouse. Never been a job where I want to quit everyday.Management don't know whats going on and seemed as confused as everyone else... This review is to the best of my knowledge. If there was anything good to say I would but thekr isn't unfortunately.
