10 days off only a year
Self Employed Courier (Former Employee) - Liverpool - 2 October 2023
Good wages to a degree a lot of work fast paced and office staff demanding to much in times. Only 10 days off a year is not enough for the job. Can be a very stressful place to work
Pros
Wages okay
Cons
Time off is limited

Parcel Sorter (Former Employee) - Swindon, Wiltshire - 25 September 2023
I had worked there for only couple of days since it was a lot of heavy lifting, that was too heavy for me, but while I worked there people were nice to me.

Good salary, working continental shifts. Paid bonuses depending on management reviews and performance. Management could be more hands on and engage with employees.

Stay away
Self Employed Owner Driver (Former Employee) - Leeds, West Yorkshire - 22 September 2023
If you want to keep your mental health, your finances and your family and any life you might have then stay away from this place!!! My experience is of the sheffield depot and the leeds ( Morley ) depot. Both sites have a culture of bullying by management and also the shift managers who think they are some type of gods. The hours are ridiculously long and the time pressures put in you to scan and load your van in a morning is ludicrous. Then when you leave the depot the pressure with eta’s continue all through the day. Then when you finally get back to the depot at night loaded with collections your faced with huge ques to tip your van then extremely unhelpful staff to take your returns from you. Then you finally get home work out how much you’ve actually earned for the day, cry then get up again a few hours later and do it all agin!! Then the weekends leading up to Christmas come and you will be working every single one of them. But I’m the plus side you get Christmas Day off!! For now!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever worked and wouldn’t advise any one to go there
Pros
None
Cons
Everything

Worst job in London
Multi Drop Delivery (Former Employee) - London - 21 September 2023
It’s has everything negative you can ever imagine. A lot of in house fraud and favouritism. Drivers are getting more routes and better routes for paying managers and higher up people.
Pros
Keep applying for another job
Cons
15 hour shifts is normal

Overall decent
Delivery Assistant (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 16 September 2023
Long Hrs but rewarding work, every day is different. Pay is not too bad but could be better considering the load you get throughout the day and the drops you have to do.

Enjoyable work
Collection Driver (Former Employee) - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - 12 September 2023
Coming from being a self employed heating engineer this job was an absolute breeze. The only downside is unloading once or possibly twice a day. This will probably change at busy times

Garbage company to work for
Delivery/Collection Driver (Former Employee) - Middleton - 6 September 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing good about it. All they want to do is make you work 11hrs a day and you get nothing in return. ODF driver's are treated like dirt and they force them to take out to many drop's so working from 5am until 8-9pm. They are a joke... What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything. That force you to go over your contracted hours and don't care if you have child care issues because of a situation they created. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Worst experience I've ever had. What is a typical day like for you at the company? 5am start. Had to wait for my round to be loaded onto the Saturn. Had to find half the drops because they weren't in the bay. Then load you van after scanning everything.
