Long hours stressful

Very physical you were supposed to have had help loading but hardly got it. Time restraints management had their favourites and you could waste an hour waiting in the high value queue.

Stressful job and arrogant management

Employed as 7.5tn driver, bullied by shift managers constantly to do unrealistic collections and deliveries, forced to take time off because of strict rules enforced by company if you go over WTD even though company insist you do overtime, extremely high staff turn over because of long hard hours and uncaring over demanding managers
