Reviews about Pay & benefits for Courier Driver at DPD
No work life balance
Courier Driver (Current Employee) - Liverpool - 26 May 2023
Not a bad place to work. The people are good but and the actual job isn't so bad, but if you plan to have a life this ain't for you. If there's any chance you may finish early think again, management straight on the phone asking for "favours" constantly. The hours are simply too long and the money isn't great at all if you look into it properly.
Cons
Long hours, low pay

Earnings potential but no private life if so.
Courier driver - multi drop (Current Employee) - Gloucester - 6 April 2023
Low pay rate , high expectations towards driving job role from management , blaming drivers for every single mistake , asking why You came in late then got to wait for parcels..
Pros
"Freedom" on the road
Cons
Long days comparing to wages..

Alright
Courier Driver (Former Employee) - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - 6 April 2023
Decent money, can be long hours. Depends on your route. Some people can clear 120 parcels and be done in 5 hours some can take 8 hours to do 90. Overall I enjoyed it.
