Uncaring management
Self Employed Courier (Current Employee) - Manchester - 15 August 2023
Enjoyable job once away from the depot can be mayed to look for a missing parcel for up to an hour before shift manager will take it off your route as they don’t care how long your in the depot for because you don’t get paid by the hour

Not fun
Courier and service provider (Former Employee) - Leeds - 18 July 2023
If you're not a person who will do anything and everything you are asked to do with your franchise to please the management I wouldn't bother applying here. They just expect you to do it or leave

Not many

Stay well clear
Self Employed Courier (Current Employee) - Gloucester - 6 April 2023
Getting to the point after 5 years, that they want you to work for free. You will work Saturdays for peanuts compared to say any employed company even though you're classed as self employed. (Farce) Barely any time off ( can't be ill) management can be off with stress though (farce). You will regularly do warehouse work unpaid and deliver carded parcels to shop ( unpaid ) x 10 a day. Basically peak all year round. (Zero life) And the newest Farce is you now have to use your own smart phone for deliveries for grand total of £10 extra p/m wow what a joke. Loads of drivers have left including management so we're now being bossed around by kids who have not done a delivery in their life. (Farce) cost cutting in drivers wages but employ "rewards staff" (farce) 40 degrees in the office, could start saving there!!!
Pros
Absolutely nothing
Cons
Endless
