Long Hrs but rewarding work, every day is different.Pay is not too bad but could be better considering the load you get throughout the day and the drops you have to do.

Garbage company to work for

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing good about it. All they want to do is make you work 11hrs a day and you get nothing in return. ODF driver's are treated like dirt and they force them to take out to many drop's so working from 5am until 8-9pm. They are a joke...What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everything. That force you to go over your contracted hours and don't care if you have child care issues because of a situation they created.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Worst experience I've ever had.What is a typical day like for you at the company?5am start. Had to wait for my round to be loaded onto the Saturn. Had to find half the drops because they weren't in the bay. Then load you van after scanning everything.

Good Job, Good Pay

I enjoyed my time at DPD, I worked as an ODF (Owner Driver Franchise). The pay was excellent, sometimes over £200 per day. It was very tiring however; hard work and long shifts.
