If you have no private life DPD is the perfect company for you😂
Van Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - United Kingdom - 14 April 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? None. Long hours, lots of pressure, money are not great for what they expecting from you. Management are very poor. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? One hour time slot. Facing to loose driving license every day. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Drivers are very good so the environment between us was great, management poor. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Very long and very stressful . Early start , searching for parcels while loading. Ones you on the road the support in case of problems is very poor.

Have no life by the end of it
Van Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Chelmsford, Essex - 13 September 2022
started off great till manager changed then was forced to work Monday through to Saturday for long hours. getting to depo for 7am and not leaving till about 9:30 trying to find parcels and all unpaid. you'll be given collections nowhere near your deliveries which puts you off course by 20-30 mins and once you have delivered over 100+ stops which can be ok depending on where you deliver (all the good routes are taken so you will be given tough areas, management will lie to your face and tell you its a good route) once you have completed your last drop you will have to drive from 20mins to over an hour back to the depo where you will have to queue to offload van and then debrief. overall when your delivering it can be ok but for the wasted hours unpaid in the morning and when you get back eats into the money you should be earning and you'll be looking at £8 an hour.

Long hours
Van Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Bridgwater - 21 August 2022
Long hours and you are paid by the stop and not amount of parcels, so in some days you might not have enough stops and a lot of thravel time between deliveries.
