Not the best but certainly not the worst

I've worked for D&M for a considerable amount of time and now that I've left and worked in other places as a waitress I feel bad for how often I used to complain about this place. Whilst the salary won't be ideal for the kind of customers you have in this company (you are paid minimum wage + service charge which will often be taken off the bill at the customer's request), this company is very flexible with routers and it gives you a considerable amount of free time that you won't have in many places. The only two bad things I'd point out would be the time that it closes and the demands from bookings that sometimes will require extra work from waitresses which I thought was really unfair like moving heavy furniture and staying until ungodly hours. The staff as well as the management is the best I've experienced in my many years as a waitress, the work environment is VERY healthy !!!

Good people, Good payment, good bonus.Meals every day, Good discount very good opportunities to grow in the company. Pension scheme, and very flexible with the rota , also birthday gift

Worst salary I ever had

Been working there for 6 weeks. When i seen my first payslip i thought its a mistake! But it wasn’t! The company definitely is stealing service charge and its really big issue there I think. They will give you maybe £0.90 per hour service charge when at other places for same job and same hours you can get £3 service per hour.
