Administration Manager in Jordanhill, Glasgow

Excellent Team
Small family run business that I am happy to be working with as they are fair, honest, supportive and professional. They are building a great team to work with them and are extremely loyal and reward staff for their hard work and dedication, which makes you feel valued and appreciated. This is my first year working there and I look forward to many more years working with Dream Doors North Glasgow.

Pressurised work load
Be aware the managers are wolves in sheep's clothing, they expect all from you with little appreciation and return. Very clicky place to work, if your face doesn't fit which is more likely you won't be welcome and you will be used as a means to an end for their own benefit. Your constantly stressed with unhappy clients, due to poor organisation and dishonesty from management. You have the tightest of deadlines that are unrealistic to complete jobs. If you over run or make the smallest mistake you are penalised for it and not given the chance to rectify, but you will have any charges taken out of your wages. Good luck if you dare to challenge mark or Janet about it!! They talk to other stores and it's like a big cult once your pushed out of one store your out of the full organisation even head office! It's been the worst experience of my working career working here, never experienced such dishonesty between staff and management, or unhappy clients that feel cheated. If you can work fast and your work standard is good to the untrained eye. Then you might just succeed in this organisation. If you take pride and conscientious about your work and reputation avoid this organisation

Unfair treatment of staff
Turn over of staff is very high. People leave due to work load stress and lack of respect or appreciation of work and effort. No contract given or job description. No prospect of promotion. Bad communication between management and staff. No job satisfaction.
