Okay environment if you have the right team around you
If you have a good manager and a good team it can be an enjoyable place to work, but if one of those things is a weak link it can be stressful and exhausting. Upper management isn’t aware of how things work on the retail level. Stressful and sometimes unrealistic targets.

Nice place to work - but very competitive atomosphere.
• Working within a team of Customer Advisors• Achieving weekly personal and team sales and KPI targets • Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner • Delivering an outstanding level of service, advising customers on a wide range of beds, MATTRESSES AND BEDROOM FURNITURE,

Wouldn't recommend
It was not a fun place to work, always stressful and management was awful. Not chance to progress anywhere and just wasn't enjoyable to work. dreaded

Fun work place, long hours and low pay but nice staff.
Learn't a lot from this place however the work doesn't justify the pay. Long hours short breaks and have to deal with angry customers even when not at fault. Most enjoyable part of the job is working with your colleauges.

Not to Bad
Don’t get a warehouse job unless you like to do nothing all day. Management do not take any responsibility very very poorly run in Andover (all been there to long) best part of the job is being out on the road. But expect a hard days work and for management to expect more well they do nothing.
