Advertising jobs that they don’t have, for companies you’ve worked for so you can get them in. Just fill you with lies to make you sign up with a promise of work, wage and start times which are all wrong. Advertise for £16ph then find out its £13ph when you say okay I’ll do it they then say sorry someone’s just took that job everytime. Full of lies and not worth the hassle
Never contact you no matter how much hgv driving you have . Ive applied 3 times for tipper work and have 30 years tipper driving experience and not one phone call . How much experience do you need to get 1 call off them ? Ive given up on them and got a full time tipper job . My advice cut out the middle man and go direct to firm you dont need a agency to find work . Avoid .
Sent to an unsafe work site. Grids missing, trucks not roadworthy. Worked the Wednesday 11 hour day. Thursday off for a doctors appointment. Friday went in and gave it the benefit of the doubt that things might get better, 2 hours in and still hadn't left the depot bad planning. Called Honorata at Drive Force to express my concerns and say that I wouldn't be able to carry on working at this site as its unsafe. If others want to work in those sorts of conditions opening themselves up to scrutiny from DVLA then that’s up to them but my license is more important than being a number for the agency. This was met with an unhappy tone and being told to return to site. I said I couldn’t in good conscience work in an unsafe environment. The phone was put down on me. I sent my hours through to payroll as I had worked and therefore earned my money. I wouldn’t recommend this agency or how they run it. I sent a few emails chasing my money but the scum never replied.
Advertise non existent jobs and have you go down and sign up with all the promises to start tomorrow and asking me if i knew any other companies who used agencies and their name and contact number so they could try and get in themselves. When sat in the office filling forms in, i could hear they were openly discussing lies to tell people on the phone about jobs and work. Absolute cretin of a micky mouse firm micky mouse.
I did a night shift once for drive force at Preston parcel force . They had me lifting 60 kilo parcels all night .and I still haven't received my wage . Unprofessional management. Do not work for drive force .
DRIVEFORCE are a superb company to work for. On my first interview and registration they promised my 11ph with earning potential of 700 pound. This is exactly what i am earning with the money paid directly into my account. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has had a bad experience with other agencies. An easy 5 star rating.
Worst Agency Ever Period. Didn't pay me and everytime I phoned them they would be "Busy or Not Available" even after a week they never got around to sorting it out and still haven't paid me. Terrible Communication. Lack of work available. Arrive at jobs to be sent home because they got to many people in.
Driverforce never pay what they advertise ,it seems all they want are there books full of names, they don't care about your wellbeing and finding you employment that will fit you ,the adviser are mostly inexperienced and seem like sales persons not recruitment consultants .I was regularly not informed about cancellation of shifts or I was told 1 hour before ,there was never any chances for extra training no investment in people
