Ensure your suitability to the role. If it requires compassion, are you that person who can give it? If you'd rather not have that patient interaction, perhaps an administrative post would be more suitable. We all excel in different roles.

When I give my all to supporting a Mom and baby as well as I am able, I forget all about me and my limitations. Be prepared to give your all and work hard even if it is a long shift! Time flies quicker!
