Answered 4 March 2019A 2 day induction can sound a bit daunting but it’s actually really good fun , if it’s for a new store the induction generally takes place in a hotel where get to meet all the other new starters, you will also meet your management team plus the team leaders of each department, you will move from table to table where each team leader will tell you about there department, there roll and what is expected from you, you will meet your store managers and head office staff, lunch is provided as you are there for full days.
