Supportive team
Supportive and friendly team . The colleagues are friendly I've had a positive experience working at Dunelm. The company's commitment to providing quality home goods is evident, and it's a great place for anyone interested in the retail or interior design industry. The team is friendly and supportive, and there are opportunities for growth and development. Dunelm's customer-centric approach is co...

Unnecessary stress
Colleagues are nice. The work is fine. Management are stressful and generally treat staff poorly, you can't win. Can't swap shifts, time off needs a months notice. If you try to call in sick they probably won't answer the phone (the only way to contact), and you'll be reprimanded. If they answer, they'll keep insisting you must come in to work anyway.

Head office is very friendly and a great work ethic. Stores are fast paced
The teams at head office are brilliant and managers very welcoming and accommodating, overall a nice place to work. The stores are fast paced and management are very luck of draw but overall a good experience, the colleagues are lovely.

Do not work here
Worst job i've ever had. Colleagues are not helpful when you are new (not all ofcourse).Induction lasted about 45 mins and no new important information was given. On the first day i was just given a click and collect gun and told to get to work with no introduction or help.Managers would just stand outside and smoke and act like they are doing work if someone from the office shows up. A lot of fav...

Poor place to work.
Huge deliveries piled high unworked, incompetent staff and management, poor health and safety. Rude customers looking for stock that is buried deep in the warehouse abandoned in a corner.
